Fanarts as long it is not NSFW of other people OCs without their explicit and direct permission.

- Completion Time can vary (a few days to a few weeks, but no more than a month.);
- References, Have them ready (Pose highly appreciated, Character Required);

PRICING
+ THIGH UP : 30 USD+ FULLBODY : 40 USD+ NSFW : 10 USD+ EXTRA CHARACTERS: A Base 50% of the commission price per character, may vary by complexity and posing.+ALTs: Alternative versions pricing can vary depending on complexity and which phase of the comm we’re in. Pricing will be discussed before hand.
HOW THE COMMISSION WILL WORK !!!
FIRSTLY: The commission will only start after the 50% upfront deposit has been paid, The client and artist can discuss the details about the commission before hand without needing to pay.
Deposits are usually Non Refundable, but in extraordinary cases a refund of true value received can be issued (meaning value after the paypal tax, I will not pay for the paypal tax). So make sure that you know what you're getting !!
THE COMMISSION ITSELF:
It will have TWO main Phases:
FIRST PHASE is the SKETCHING PHASE: The sketching phase is where the Artist will present the Client with a very rough and quick sketch so the client can evaluate and make changes, any changes made in this phase of the commission are free and the Client and the Artist can go back and fourth as many times as necessary until the Client is satisfied with the result and is ready to move on to the next phase.
SECOND PHASE is the LINE ART and COLORING PHASE: Where the Artist will take the result of the Sketching Phase to Polish and Render the piece until is ready for delivery via Email, changes in this phase are no longer free, excluding mistakes on the Artist side, and the client still has for free three (3) SMALL changes.
FOR BOTH PHASES UPDATES ARE GIVEN REGULARLY, ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROCESS YOU CAN SPEAK WITH THE ARTIST TO HAVE THEM ANSWERED !IF YOU'RE INTERESTED AND AGREE WITH THE TOS FILL OUT THE GOOGLE FORM BELOW, THANK YOU !!!
Terms of Service for Commissions1. General Information
1.1 By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
1.2 I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any
reason, including skill limitations or inappropriate behavior.
1.3 Commissions are for personal use only.2. Payment
2.1 Payments are accepted via PayPal ( Pix only for Brazilian customers ).
An invoice will be sent for PayPal payments.
2.2 A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining 50% due
after final approval.
2.3 Deposits are non-refundable unless I am unable to complete the project.3. Process
3.1 Updates will be provided regularly (e.g., rough sketch, clean sketch ,
line art, coloring, shading etc).
3.2 You may request minor changes during the process, but major revisions or
changes after approval will incur additional fees.
3.3 Delays will be communicated if they occur.4. Usage Rights
4.1 I retain the rights to all commissioned work.
4.2 You may not resell, distribute, or use the work in commercial projects
(e.g., merch, published media).
4.3 You may not use my work for NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related
projects.
4.4 Reposting or sharing commissioned art is allowed with proper credit to
[my username or handle].5. Deliverables
5.1 Final files will be provided in the agreed formats via email or any other preferred method. (e.g., .png).6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 If I am unable to complete the commission, a refund will be provided.
6.2 Cancellations initiated by the client after the sketching phase has ended are not eligible for a refund of the deposit.7. Client Responsibilities
7.1 Clear visual references and detailed descriptions are required to avoid errors.
7.2 Non-visual references may incur additional fees or be declined.
7.3 Kind and respectful communication is expected. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will result in cancellation and proper refund (from real value gained, meaning the value I acquired after fees, will not pay for fees).8. Commercial Use
8.1 Commercial use (e.g., for streaming, merchandise, or
promotional material) is not allowed as for now.9. Legal
9.1 I retain the right to post commissions on my portfolio or social media
unless otherwise requested.
